Ben Ericsen, Engineer
This is a case of an internship paying off in a big way. While studying for his bachelor of science degree in telecommunications from Ball State University, Ben spent the summer of 2004 interning at Earshot Audio-Post. During the summer of 2006, Ben was hired full-time, and since then he has had the pleasure of recording, sound designing, and mixing hundreds of projects for radio, television, film, and other digital media.
Working at Earshot Audio-Post has also afforded Ben opportunities to work on some interesting, ongoing after-hours projects. Since 2007, Ben has served as a planning committee member for Tonic Ball, one of the biggest and most popular annual charity art and music events in Indianapolis. Ben has also provided audio work on promotional materials for the Naptown Roller Girls. Ben edits and mixes filmmaker interview podcasts for Heartland Truly Moving Picture and produces, writes, edits, and mixes his own absurd comedy podcast Alphabet Drippings.

Margaux Oliver, Studio Manager
Margaux Oliver grew up in the land of cheese curds and beer: Wisconsin. Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in journalism, Margaux worked as a copywriter for a couple of ad agencies in Madison before moving to the East Coast where she worked in publishing. After about three years in Connecticut, she returned to the Midwest and settled in Indianapolis.
In Indy, she transitioned from writing and producing audio and video projects for local production companies to administrative roles. Throughout her career, Margaux carried with her fond memories from one the first places she worked in Indy: Caboose Productions. That’s where she met Brice Bowman and Rick Such. And now the band is “back together”. When she isn’t working, Margaux and her husband travel, and enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities from hiking and bicycling to kayaking and rollerblading.
